This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Global Metro Holiday and how we use it. The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide. Membership Benefits
The membership is valid at the associated GLOBAL METRO HOLIDAY PVT LTD location specified under the section titled “Particulars of the Holiday Membership.”
Memberships are marketed only in locations where GLOBAL METRO HOLIDAY PVT LTD currently has associated clubs. Any commitments made by company personnel regarding future or proposed locations shall not be binding on GLOBAL METRO HOLIDAY PVT LTD.
The membership is valid for the period specified in the agreement and is transferable only once, either to a specified family member or another person of the member’s choice, subject to payment of applicable transfer fees. These fees may be revised periodically.
Event passes will be provided to members as and when events are organized by GLOBAL METRO HOLIDAY PVT LTD.
The list of tied-up clubs and hotels is subject to change. GLOBAL METRO HOLIDAY PVT LTD reserves the right to add or withdraw properties from the tie-up list at any time.
Holiday Membership Terms
Members are entitled to holiday packages (room only) for 6 Nights and 7 Days per year, at domestic and international destinations offered through GLOBAL METRO HOLIDAY PVT LTD’s associated properties. These properties may be on short-term or long-term lease or under tie-up agreements. The company reserves the right to withdraw any property from the list at its discretion. Bookings are processed manually on a first-come, first-served basis, and are open as per the booking schedule.
The membership is valid for the period specified and is transferable only once, subject to applicable transfer fees, which may be amended periodically.
A membership card will be issued upon receipt of 25% of the total purchase price.
Unused holiday entitlements may be carried forward to the following year, subject to prior email confirmation with customer care.
Membership Agreement Declaration
WHEREAS the Second Party has expressed a desire to become a member of GLOBAL METRO HOLIDAY PVT LTD, and has thoroughly reviewed all the Terms and Conditions outlined in the Membership Purchase Agreement, as well as the Rules and Regulations applicable to members; AND WHEREAS GLOBAL METRO HOLIDAY PVT LTD has duly explained all the provisions of the Agreement to the Second Party; NOW THEREFORE, the First Party hereby unconditionally and irrevocably consents to the membership of GLOBAL METRO HOLIDAY PVT LTD. The Second Party fully understands and accepts the scope, benefits, and obligations associated with the membership.
Declaration of Membership Compliance and Fee Terms
The membership fee paid to GLOBAL METRO HOLIDAY PVT LTD is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances and shall not be considered a deposit.
WHEREAS the Second Party hereby declares their full commitment to abide by all prevailing rules, regulations, and by-laws of GLOBAL METRO HOLIDAY PVT LTD in relation to the membership. The Second Party further agrees to punctually and accurately comply with all Terms and Conditions as set forth in this agreement.
Terms & Conditions
Accommodation will be provided in GLOBAL METRO HOLIDAY PVT LTD’s tie-up properties (3 to 5-star hotels), subject to availability. Bookings will not be accepted during December to January for Goa and Asia-Pacific countries.
Bookings for religious destinations such as Mecca-Madina, Jerusalem, Tirupati, and similar locations will not be facilitated by GLOBAL METRO HOLIDAY PVT LTD.
Accommodation requests must be submitted at least 45 days in advance for domestic travel and 60 days in advance for international travel.
International hotel accommodation can be availed only after full payment (100%) of the membership amount.
Sightseeing, guide services, and cab facilities will be provided at applicable charges.
Complimentary breakfast will be provided at designated properties.
Holidays must be split into a minimum of 2 Nights and 3 Days per destination.
If a member uses only a short holiday (2N/3D), the remaining days of that year may be carried forward to the next year, subject to an email request sent to customercare@globalmetroholiday.com. Failure to do so will result in the holiday being considered lapsed.
If a member travels with extra adults, days cannot be borrowed from the following year.
A maximum of 6 nights or 2 split holidays can be availed per year.
A 2N/3D booking will be processed if the member has paid at least 40% of the total membership price. For 5-year memberships, a minimum payment of INR 1,00,000 is required to avail 6N/7D holidays.
Members with a standard membership for 2 adults and 2 children may modify their holiday plan for a particular year by paying the applicable Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC).
Specific hotels cannot be guaranteed, as tie-up properties may change from time to time.
In a 5-year membership, only domestic (India) holidays are included.
If applicable, one international destination (Asia-Pacific region) may be provided, such as Bali, Sri Lanka, Thailand, or Malaysia.
A 2N/3D booking will be processed if the member pays 40% of the total membership price for 2 adults and children below 12 years.
Payment Terms
Payments made via credit card may be converted into EMIs, subject to applicable interest charges by the credit card issuer.
Member Declaration (Second Party)
I hereby declare that I have thoroughly read and understood the annexures, membership benefits, and terms & conditions outlined above. I confirm that I have signed this legal agreement of my own free will and accord, without any compulsion or coercion from GLOBAL METRO HOLIDAY PVT LTD. I further acknowledge and accept that the membership fee is non-refundable under any circumstances and shall not be considered a deposit.
Annexure II: Terms & Conditions
The Second Party hereby agrees to purchase a membership of GLOBAL METRO HOLIDAY PVT LTD, including Holidays and Associated Club Membership. GLOBAL METRO HOLIDAY PVT LTD accepts the same, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
The application for membership must be submitted along with valid proof of identity and address. Membership fees shall be paid via Cheque, Demand Draft, Pay Order, Credit/Debit Card, or Internet Banking in favor of GLOBAL METRO HOLIDAY PVT LTD, payable locally and submitted with this Agreement. Cash remittance, if any, must be made only to the Accounts Department at the company’s official office, and a proper receipt must be obtained. The company shall not be responsible for any transactions made without valid company documentation such as receipts or official letterhead.
The applicable Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) are ₹__________ + GST for accommodation suitable for 2 adults and 2 children below 8 years, subject to revision from time to time. AMC must be paid prior to availing vacation benefits, regardless of usage. Failure to pay AMC will result in suspension of booking privileges until dues are cleared.
All holiday bookings are subject to availability. The company endeavors to maintain a transparent booking system, ensuring equal opportunity for all members to reserve their desired destinations.
Renting or selling of memberships may be conducted through personal contacts. GLOBAL METRO HOLIDAY PVT LTD does not engage in rentals or resale of memberships. Additional facilities such as sightseeing may be arranged at extra cost.
Membership cards will be issued to the primary applicant only after submission and satisfactory verification of all required documents. Upon confirmation of membership, the member consents to receive regular updates via phone, email, or SMS regarding new schemes and member benefits.
The Second Party acknowledges and agrees to abide by the Terms & Conditions and Bye-Laws of GLOBAL METRO HOLIDAY PVT LTD, as amended from time to time. The decisions of the company’s management shall be final in all matters related to membership and member activities. All applicable statutes shall be binding on members. The company shall not be held liable for consequences arising from sudden changes in law, which shall be considered an Act of State.
Members must promptly notify the Customer Service Department of any changes in address, phone number, or other contact details to maintain accurate records. If a discontinued member reapplies for membership, any outstanding dues will be transferred to the new membership account. The member permits GLOBAL METRO HOLIDAY PVT LTD to contact them via phone, SMS, or email regarding services, schemes, and offers.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in associated clubs or resorts. Charges for consumables and other facilities used by members and their guests will be determined by management and must be settled on a daily basis. No credit facilities will be extended.
In the event of any disputes, claims, or differences arising under this Purchase Agreement, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and its amendments. The decision of the appointed arbitrator shall be final and binding. Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with the courts in Bangalore.
Apart from this agreement and the attached checklist, no other written documents shall be entertained. This agreement constitutes the final and complete understanding of all facilities and benefits related to the holiday membership.
The scheme has been explained to the Second Party in their own language, and the Second Party confirms that they have understood and accepted all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
Annexure II: Covenants of Purchase
I confirm that I have fully understood the benefits available under this membership, as listed in this Agreement. I further acknowledge that no benefits other than those explicitly mentioned in this Agreement and the attached Checklist shall be available to me under this membership program.
I understand and agree that this Agreement supersedes any prior communication issued by GLOBAL METRO HOLIDAY PVT LTD. The benefits and terms of membership stated herein, along with any amendments, shall be final and binding on both GLOBAL METRO HOLIDAY PVT LTD and myself.
I hereby declare that the particulars provided by me are true, correct, and complete. In the event that any transaction is delayed or not processed due to incomplete or incorrect information, I shall not hold GLOBAL METRO HOLIDAY PVT LTD responsible for any resulting loss, damage, or inconvenience. Furthermore, if any damage or business loss is caused to GLOBAL METRO HOLIDAY PVT LTD due to my misconduct or illegal actions, the company reserves the right to take legal action against me.
I acknowledge and confirm that all Terms and Conditions, Rules & Regulations, and Bye-Laws of GLOBAL METRO HOLIDAY PVT LTD shall be fully binding upon me once this Agreement is signed.
I confirm that I shall not use any complimentary offer, if provided, for any improper, illegal, or unlawful purpose or activity. I shall not alter or misuse such offers for personal gain in violation of applicable laws.
I acknowledge that I have been treated with courtesy and respect, and I am entering into this Agreement of my own free will, without any compulsion or coercion from GLOBAL METRO HOLIDAY PVT LTD. I hereby confirm that I have reviewed and understood all Terms & Conditions, Membership Benefits, and Obligations, and I accept them in full.
